Physical Activity in Forest of Dean - Attitudes, Views and Perceptions
Thank you for agreeing to complete this short survey to help us understand your attitude towards activity/exercise and your local leisure facilities.
Physical activity is good, both for people and the environment and we would like to ask you some questions about your leisure, sport and physical activity habits. By physical activity we mean anything that raises your heart rate and breathing rate. Your answers will help us understand what barriers may prevent you from being more physically active and using local leisure facilities more, and what we can do to help overcome these and encourage you to lead a more healthy and active life. Your responses are anonymous.
