Stroud District Council Community Survey
Thank you for agreeing to complete this short survey to help us understand your attitude towards leisure and wellbeing activities and exercise and your local leisure and wellbeing facilities. This survey will close on 12th February 2021.
This research is being carried out by Leisure-net on behalf of Stroud District Council. The results from this survey are totally anonymous and will only be used to inform our understanding about leisure and wellbeing in the District. Firstly, we would like to ask you some questions on leisure and wellbeing activities. Leisure and wellbeing activities are classified as any type of activity such as walking, visiting a park, visiting a museum, participating in arts and creative activities, gardening etc. that promotes both physical and mental wellbeing.

Now we would like to ask you some questions on physical activity and exercise
Moderate intensity activity will raise your heart rate, and make you breathe faster and feel warmer than normal (e.g. brisk walking, cycling).
Vigorous intensity activities will cause adults to get warmer and breathe much harder and their hearts beat rapidly, making it difficult to carry on a conversation (e.g. running, sports such as football, swimming).
